1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want your educational institution to be 100% satisfied. If within the first 30 days of your initial subscription activation, EdufyERP fails to meet your documented functional requirements, you may request a full refund of your software subscription fee with zero questions asked.
2. Cancellation Policy
Institutions may cancel their subscription at the end of their current billing term by providing a 30-day written notice via email to ingeshtechnologies@gmail.com.
3. Data Handover on Cancellation
Upon receiving a cancellation notice, our database team will generate a complete, encrypted backup archive of all historical student registers, fee transactions, marks, and attendance logs in standard Excel/SQL formats and deliver it securely to the authorized Trustee/Principal.
4. Refund Processing Window
Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode (NEFT/RTGS/Bank Transfer) within 7 to 10 business days.
